Hello everybody,

Let me just say how happy I am you've stopped by!

As I am quite new to DA, I haven't had the time to discover everything on this site, but so far, I've studied it a lot and am very happy with it! It is a great great site!

Therefore I've decided to give it more importance and will start being more active over here.

It will take some time to create and build everything I've planned to, but it will be done eventually as I never like to let things undone!

Meanwhile though, please go ahead and explore what I come up with little by little!


Here are my simple Rules and Regulations:


1. Images you MAY use in your artwork:
* any gallery folder attributed with the label "STOCK".


2. Images you MAY NOT use in your artwork:
* any gallery folder attributed with the label "NOT STOCK". These are images that I have kept for myself as they already represent my work. You may of course view them, comment upon them, favoure them, even download them if you wish, but if you do download them, keep them to yourself, use them for anything you possibly want as long as it is meant for your personal use (meaning don't make them public or use them in a commercial way to produce money, they are there for your own pleasure)!


3. sites you MAY post your artwork using my stock images:
* here on DA and any other site. Just don't forget to respect all my rules and give appropriate credit.


4. Things you MUST do when using my stock images:
* credit me visibly in the description of your work.
* post a link back to my DA account, maybe other artists might also find something interesting over here, possibly like the site and become DA members!
* of course leave a comment with a link to your work as I always appreciate new interesting art pieces.


5. Things you MUSTN'T do when using my stock images:
* use my stock images on their own as they are and pretend they are yours. It took me time and effort to take these shots and just because I allow people to use them doesn't mean I give them up! They are still mine! Remember: "Respect and will be Respected!"
* use the images you already know you can't use (example: the ones attributed with the label "Not Stock").


6. Things you DEFINITELY MUST NOT do:
* use my images in any pornographic way, against religion, depict or encourage children, women or animal abuse, use them to make fun of any VIPs who represent political or religious image or film industry, use them to instigate war or encourage weapons and violence.


7. Things you SHOULD AVOID doing:
* use my stock images only slightly manipulated, meaning: only changing colors, adjusting levels/curves/hue/saturation/brightness/contrast. You need to be creative, that's why they are there for you! In case you use only the above mentioned modifications, sorry, but I might forbid you the usage of my stock and ask you to delete them from your account!
